In plain language: we collect the minimum we need to run your account, process payments, and reply to you. We don't sell your personal information. You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time.

1Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how EK Enterprise LLC, the company that operates PantherPick ("we," "us") — with a place of business at 2350 NE 193rd St, Miami, FL 33180 — handles personal information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). It applies to visitors, account holders, and subscribers.

2Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, and the contents of messages you send through our contact form or by email.
  • Account & subscription data: login details and plan status. Card payments are handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage & device data: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected automatically to keep the Service secure and working.
  • Location data: we may infer your general location from your IP address (and, where you provide it, information you enter) to help confirm the Service is used where sports-betting information is lawful, and for security. We do not collect precise GPS location.

3How we use it

  • To create and manage your account and deliver the picks and content you subscribe to;
  • To process payments and renewals through our processor;
  • To respond to your messages and provide support;
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with the law;
  • To confirm eligibility (age and general location) where required;
  • To improve the Service and, where permitted, send you service-related updates.

AI & automated processing. PantherPick uses AI models to generate picks, analysis, and confidence scores. These models process sports data (odds, statistics, schedules, and similar signals) together with limited account inputs to produce the content you subscribe to. Outputs are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees, and can be wrong. We do not use your personal information to make legally or similarly significant automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it for advertising.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and the site functioning. We do not currently run third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking analytics; if we add aggregate analytics later, we will name the tool here and update this policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5When we share information

We share personal information only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to perform those services. These currently include Supabase (database, authentication and hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and FormSubmit (contact- and signup-form delivery). Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare, JavaScript libraries from the jsDelivr CDN, and sports schedule and odds data from third-party sports-data providers (such as ESPN's public endpoints); these providers may receive your IP address as part of serving those requests. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.

6We don't sell your data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide any opt-out the law requires.

7Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. As a general guide: account and subscription records are kept for the life of your account and up to 24 months after it closes (for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs); contact-form messages up to 24 months; and server and security logs up to 12 months. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:

  • Know / access what we collect and how we use it;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your information;
  • Portability — receive a copy in a portable format;
  • Opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do neither — see the section above);
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

California residents (under the CCPA/CPRA), Florida residents (under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights), and EU/UK residents (under the GDPR/UK GDPR) have these rights under their respective laws. To exercise any right, use our contact page; we will verify your request and respond within the time your law requires, and you may use an authorized agent where permitted. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you would still like us to record that preference, submit a request through our contact page and we will honor it.

9Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to notify you of incidents where required.

10Children & age

The Service is intended for adults 21 and older. It is not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

11Changes

We may update this policy as our practices or the law evolve. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, give additional notice.
